Fan Phenomena: Mermaids

Due out in April, Fan Phenomena: Mermaids by Matthieu Guitton (editor) takes a look at the 'Mermaid phenomenon'.

"The book explores how merfolk have evolved in popular culture and what it is that grants them their privileged status among fantasy creatures."

I must say that I am excited to see this book nearing release, as I was asked to write a chapter for the book on mermaid blogging.
